Steps in the Process of Forgiving
The process of forgiving means inner growth, healing and opening for the wonderful dispensations of our life. When we were guilty of the suffering of fellow men or animal or when we feel guilty because of our inherent vice of knowing ourselves or the feeling of inferiority, we feel separated and afraid.
Thus we come into a loop or a spiral of affect and defense, of offender and victim and our feelings of guilt will grow.
Thereby we block our vital energy, that cannot flow in a free way and begins to rot like ponding water. Not before we face and feel these “inner demons”, we can open the deep blockades of vital energy and let these feelings flow as legitimate feelings through our body. Then the first step to forgiving and healing will be done.
In the workshop I will show ways, how to get rid of the roles of offender or victim and how to transform harmful, upholded patterns of vital energy to authentic ability to forgive and to love.
